Learning your body’s natural cues

Here’s some good news: our bodies come with a built-in mechanism to help us eat the right amount of food for our health. Even if you’ve been restricting, dieting, or binging for a while, that tool is still available to you.
You might know what it’s like to feel really full, or really hungry. As your recovery progresses, try to get curious about the “in between”: a little hungry, or just a little full. This might take some time — but it’s worth it! Starting to notice these feelings on a scale can help you make decisions about when to eat.
